Once we receive your faulty Playstation 3 Games Console we will have our engineers carry out a free inspection
As soon as the inspection has been carried out, we will contact you with a price of the repair of your Playstation 3.
You can then decide if you want your repair carried out.
If you decide to go ahead with the repair, we will send you a payment link to pay for the repair online at a secure payment site using PayPal, or you can pay by cheque, but this will take 5 working days to clear.
If you decide not to go ahead with the repair you can either collect the console free of charge or we can post it back to you at a standard charge of £15.00
Repairs to the PS3 take approximately 4-5 working days once we have your go ahead.
