Postal Repair Procedure
1 On the Postal Repair form select your Console
2 Fill in your contact details
3 Provide a brief description of the fault that you have with your item
4 Print off the Postal Repair Form
5 Back Up any personal data you have on the item
6 Remove any Memory Cards, SIM Cards, Games Discs or Cartridges
7 Wrap up the item securely enclosing the repair form inside the package
8 Post your item using a traceable service either Recorded Delivery or special delivery ensuring that you have adequate insurance
9. Please print off this form, fill it out, enclose with your console and post to:
